Full-Time Support Analyst (April 2016)

About You:

  • You have superb communication skills (oral and written), an analytical mind and are able to think on your feet. You have excellent judgement and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You are completely comfortable interacting with people. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client focus. You are patient, a good listener and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • You have experience programming (preferably VB/Windows Scripting) and a solid working knowledge of Windows Networking (TCP/IP), Windows Operating Systems, MS SQL, Web Services and Windows Security (Active Directory).
  • You are willing to commute to the Toronto downtown west business area (Liberty Village – King & Dufferin).

About the Job:

As part of our technical team, you will be expected to provide superb phone support to highly skilled staff (IT) at our current client sites and software partners as necessary. You will contribute to the testing of new product features as they become available. As your skills grow with our technology, you may have the opportunity to assume additional roles functions related to system deployment.
